I brought an older PC with them. The error phenomenon was a motherboard problem. A motherboard with a similar specification was found in two weeks. I paid, I brought it. At home, it turns out that the PC can only return to its normal running position for a third time each time it is turned on and restarted as it spins up and stops twice in a row. This is a pretty awkward problem to which their answer was that this is a feature of the motherboard. I asked them to do more tests, change power up to see if the problem turned out. It took me long weeks to be signaled that I could bring the PC but the problem was not resolved. I went for it and see that the computer case was full of damage, even though I left it there free from damage. Dents (none of the side walls could be slid on it normally), scratches, deflections around the connectors. I was told you would exchange the house for a new one. Another three weeks passed when they called that the new house they had ordered would not go into due to lack of hardware so there would be another house which was also new. I left, I brought it. There was no damage to the house but it didn't look new. His box was worn, the house was dusty, a sticky disc was missing on one leg. Since the reboot as such does not exist, you will not be able to do this during the operating system installation when you request it, as you would want to install from scratch all the time. There was also a 12cm and an 8cm circulating fan in the house. The 8cm wasn't put back (space, of course, and it would have been a connection) In summary: I paid for a product + service that I mean nothing to, got a damaged house that they replaced with what they said was new (but not that), they didn’t put back the smaller fan. It all took about. For 60 days. I would not comment, I entrust this to anyone who reads this.
