P	Péter Somlay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elsőnek egy 3D nyomtatót rendeltem tőlük. 2 hetet mondtak. 1 hónap után felhívtam őket, mert nem írtak, hogy mi a helyzet a rendelésemmel, és azt mondták nem tudják mikor lesz meg a rendelésem. Németországból 3nap múlva nálam volt a nyomtató. Azután adtam még egy esélyt nekik. Filamentet rendeltem, amire 2-3 napos kiszálítási idő volt írva, a rendelési e mailben már 3-4 hét volt feltüntettve. Felhívtam őket és kértem olyan filamentet, ami raktáron van. Volt is, de másfél hét múlva sem küldték el, és ismét nem volt egy info e mail, hogy mi van a rendeléssel. Ismét a német üzletből rendeltem helyettük, akiknek van magyar képviselete, és láss csodát 3 nap alatt ismét nálam vokt a filament. A 3Dee shop-ot, így nem ajánlom senkinek. I ordered a 3D printer from them first. They said 2 weeks. I called them after 1 month because they didn’t write what was the case with my order and they said they didn’t know when my order would be. I had the printer from Germany 3 days later. Then I gave them another chance. I ordered filament with a delivery time of 2-3 days, the order e-mail already indicated 3-4 weeks. I called them and asked for a filament that is in stock. There was, too, but after a week and a half it was not sent, and again there was no info in this e-mail as to what is with the order. Again, I ordered from the German store for them, who have a Hungarian representation, and see a miracle again in 3 days. The 3Dee shop, so I don't recommend it to anyone.

E	Erik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kicsit nehézkesen ment a kifizetés, nem teljesen voltak tisztában a dolgozók milyen lehetőségek is vannak. Emiatt nagyon messziről 2x kellet vissza menjek, sajnos így már nem azt a csomagot kaptam amit szerettem volna, fére rakatni meg nem lehetett. (Plusz rengeteget kellet gyalogolnom a másodiknál. Az elsőnél meg a bolt elött megtudtam állni.#szerencse...) Amikor visszamentem azért a kolega próbált segíteni, hogy jót kapjak de sajna nem volt ugyan az. A következő alkalommal amikor megkerestem őket nagyon segítőkészek voltak így 3 csillagot 5 csillagra módosítom. Mégegyszer hálás köszönet a segítségért. The payment went a little awkwardly, the employees were not fully aware of what the options were. Because of this, I had to go back 2x from a great distance, unfortunately I didn't get the package I wanted anymore, I couldn't put it in half. (Plus, I had to walk a lot at the second. I was able to stand in front of the store at the first. # Luck ...) When I went back, my colleague tried to help me get good, but unfortunately it wasn't. The next time I contacted them they were very helpful so I would change 3 stars to 5 stars. Thanks again for the help.
