Sajnos nincs lehetőség nulla csillagot adni, de ha tehetném azt nyomtam volna. Csomagfeladással kapcsolatban fordultam hozzá előtte jeleztem a hölgy felé, hogy nem tudok semmi a postán való csomagfeladásról, hiszen általában más csomagküldő céget választok. Ebben kértem az alkalmazott segítségét, majd kioktató hangnemben válaszolt minden kérdésemre. Elmondta hogy töltsem ki a papírt amit ad végig mindenhol, utána leteremt hogy az emailt nem kell ráírni, kezdjem újra. Biztos megterhelő a munka, de nem az ügyfeleken kellene levezetni.
