Kizárólag általuk vannak 10 éve kiadva a lakásaim, és egyetlen általuk közvetített bérlővel sem volt negatív tapasztalatom. Lakások eladásánál is gyorsan, megbízhatóan jártak el esetünkben. Csak ajánlani tudom őket!

A berendezest kovetoen a megfelelo berlo kivalasztasa es a berbeadas rendkivul hamar, napokon belul megtortent, ugyanis Csilla valoban ismeri az aktualisan Miskolcon, vagy kornyeken szokasos piaci felteteleket, es jol megvalasztott berendezesi targyakkal, valamint minosegi fotokkal figyelemfelkelto hirdetesi szoveggel kepes volt 20-50 szazalekkal magasabb aron is kiadni az ingatlant, mint amire en gondoltam volna. Az iroda szolgaltatasa koze tartozott az osszes papirmunka ( szerzodes, meroora atadasok atvetelek, penzfizetesek dokumentalasa ) es az ingatlan bemutatasa is a berlojelolteknek, igy a butorcipelesen kivul kb semmi dolgom nem akadt. Egyszoval : PROFI es kesz!
