A story: Booking-on foglaltam, 1,5 hónappal az érkezés előtt, előre fizetéssel. Majd az érkezés napján (!) 13:00-kor a Booking küld egy üzenetet - nem email, nem telefon, hanem a Booking rendszerében érkezett egy üzenet, hogy a szállásadó csak másnap tud fogadni. Egyből felhívtam a szállásadót, magyarázkodás fogadott, átküldtek 2-3 sokkal alacsonyabb kategóriájú és minőségű apartmant, hogy majd ott elleszek. Aha. Később már nem nem csak én nem értem el a "szolgáltatót", hanem a Booking sem. Majd este a 3. hívásom utána Booking-nak sikerült elérnie, és kiderült, hogy a teljes foglalást törölték. Este 11-kor, a megérkezés napján. Ha teheted, véletlenül se foglalj erre a helyre. Végtelenül inkorrektnek tartom az ilyet. This is the place to AVOID FROM FAR! Full scam and mendacity. The phone will not be picked up. I booked the story: Booking, 1.5 months before arrival, with prepayment. Then at 13:00 on the day of arrival (!) Booking will send a message - not an email, not a phone, but a message arrived in the Booking system that the hotel can only receive the next day. I immediately called the landlord, an explanation was received, 2-3 apartments of a much lower category and quality were transferred so that I would stay there. Yeah. Later, not only did I not reach the "provider", but also Booking. Then in the evening after my call 3 Booking has succeeded, and found out that the entire reservation is canceled. At 11 pm on the day of arrival. If you can, you do not inadvertently reserve this space. I find this infinitely incorrect.

A tisztaság kifogástalan volt, a vendégvárás nagyon kedves, az érkezéskor kedvesen fogadtak és mindent részletesen körbemutattak? Csodálatos környezet, kifogástalan vendéglátás és felejthetetlen élmények- röviden és tömören így jellemezném ezt a kis csinos helyet. Hálásan köszönjük az élményt! We spent 5 days with my partner in Our House, which is fabulously fabulous, and we recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone who wants to relax! Wonderful environment, impeccable hospitality and unforgettable experiences - this is how I would describe this little pretty place in a short and concise way. Thank you for the experience!
V	Viktória Rajna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az elhelyezkedés kiváló volt, közel a Diási játékstrand. Nagyon tiszta és jól felszerelt apartmanok, zárható kocsibeálló és kedves személyzet fogadott. Minden kérésünket kielégítették, szuper 3 napot tölthettünk el itt. A közelben rengeteg programlehetőség volt, így a környéket is volt lehetőségünk bejárni. Biztosan visszatérünk még. The location was excellent, close to the Dias playground. Very clean and well equipped apartments, lockable carport and kind staff welcomed. All our requests were met, we were able to spend a super 3 days here. There were plenty of program opportunities nearby, so we also had the opportunity to explore the area. We will definitely be back again.

A szobák tiszták, minden szoba erkélyes. A tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek és segítő készek. A közelben lévő programokról is tájékoztatást kaptunk. We had a very pleasant day. Lake Balaton is a few minutes ’walk away. The fish soup is very delicious in the nearby market. Rooms are clean and all have a balcony. The owners are very kind and helpful. We also received information about nearby programs.

Mi egybol otthon ereztuk magunkat a futott medence, jacuzzi es szauna hidegebb estekre is kivalo idotoltes! A gyenesi strand kb 5 perc setara van aminel kozelebb nem is lehetunk! Rengeteg programmlehetoseg van a kornyeken es errol a panzioban is rendszeresen kaptunk informaciot. Es marcsak hab a tortan: a tulajdonosok akik mindent megtesznek, hogy elvezetes es emlekezetes maradjon a nyaralas. Anyone who comes here can feel the family atmosphere right away. Beautiful, demanding environment! We immediately felt at home with the running pool, jacuzzi and sauna for cooler evenings! Gyenesi beach is about 5 minutes walk away, so we can't get any closer! There are plenty of program options in the area and we also receive regular information about this at the pension. And we have a icing on the cake: the owners who do everything to make it a holiday and memorable holiday.

We enquired to stay again this year and were told it wasn’t available but then a few weeks later we received another email to say that it was and they were looking forward to welcoming us again. We obviously thought they probably had a cancellation and were delighted to accept. As we didn’t get a response to that email I called them again to be told that we never had a reservation and the owner suggested I never emailed them and never had a booking. It’s an absolute joke and a really unprofessionally run business. They haven’t got a clue about who has a booking and who doesn’t. If you have a booking here make sure you check whether it actually exists as you might be very disappointed when you arrive. Never received an apology and the owner told me to take it up with his son… I suggest they sort it out between themselves as they’ve wasted plenty of my time.
