★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with my stay at the hostel. Much better experience than I expected. So far all A&O hostels i have stayed in I had positive experience. I would like to say thanks to Szadia and Tereza, the receptionist for being very nice towards me and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel, excellent location. Pleasant and friendly staff, they will always help and advise you, excellent breakfasts. Fast wifi, which is also important in our time. Clean and comfortable rooms, the rooms are cleaned every day. If you are going to Budapest I highly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to the receptionist Aruzhan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the most beautiful a&o I've ever been to. Checkin and checkout were fast and easy. The room I stayed in was small but perfectly clean. The basin in the bathroom was so tiny it was uncomfortable and the bathroom door couldn't be closed. Otherwise everything great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was a negative experience. There was no water to wash at certain times because if the hotel has too many people at that moment the water pressure to wash is not reached. In 3 days they never changed towels and sheets, I had to go myself to ask for clean towels every day because they never changed them in the morning.Our room did not have a locker to put clothes or a bedside table.In the corridors there were dirty towels thrown on the floor for days even and never removed and for last during the night people screamed despite the ban and no one enforced this ban at night.

24hr reception and they mean it so you can check in any time. Even very late at night.
The staff was helpful and kind.
Overall, nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great accomodation in the centre of Budapest - even for families with kids.. cool looking high designed facility you can enjoy with your eyes and your butts - really comfortable and good looking place either for young guns or old foxes.. met a few people from around the world and had a nice chat with them as well.. its a cool place for open minded people.. the daily and night shift at the reception were the best! (at least during my stay 6.3.-9.3.2022).. i highly recommend this hostel!
