Outrageous customer management. On May 11, I received an offer to manufacture 1 combination plastic shutter. I only asked for production because they indicated that there was a lot of work to be done in terms of assembly and they could only undertake it late. In the offer, they undertook 2-3 weeks for production, which I ordered by e-mail on the day of the offer. Being a small item, I didn't think I needed to pay an advance, and the need for it was not indicated either by phone or in writing. Today on June 9th (4 weeks from order) I called customer service to inquire about the status of my order. It turned out that the email about my order was not even opened. The order didn't even start. How long does it take to produce 1 white combined plastic mosquito net shutter on a production line? If they are just now facing their fault because of such an administrative problem, shouldn’t the work be taken forward, manufactured quickly, and handed over with a deep apology? Not to mention compensation for delays. They are able to safely communicate that you will have 2-3 weeks from today. Obviously I didn't order from here. If the first step works like this, what can the finished job look like? Sure, if I had ordered a window for 3 million, they’d be treated differently, but I was hoping that since they just had to make it and take it over personally, they might be able to handle such a huge task. Customer management: insufficient. Work schedule, operational operation: insufficient. One week after the submitted review, a lady contacted the Window Bazaar by phone and offered what was described in the review. So if I order, max. The original offer also had 2-3 weeks of production time, so I didn’t feel any progress here, but since I couldn’t find another manufacturer in the middle of summer, I gave them another chance. No advance was requested in this case, I took this as a positive and went in. I was called for exactly 2 weeks a day to go for the product. When I got home and unpacked the shutters, I was faced with the following things. - On one piece of the double-sided guide rail, in the middle, approx. 2x4cm eruption. Since there was no missing piece in the packaging, I assume I managed to break it that way. "I managed to write someone's name on one of the guide rails with an alcohol filter." - There were no end caps on the lower profile of the mosquito net, accordingly the handles (which run in the groove of the profile) fall out smoothly sideways. In the case of a 50 thousand forint item, I think a 3 forint plastic end cap would have fit. They were very kind in retrospect anyway, but I won’t take the review because I think the actual events need to be described here so everyone can decide if they want to work with them. For my part, I thank you for the post-10% discount, but I maintain the review with this addition because it happened that way. I ask my colleagues at WindowBazaar not to search by phone or otherwise in the future in order to remove this opinion.
