★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is not really bad, but quite old and it seems they don't care about it. Breakfast is generally speaking poor, the breakfast room is big but i had the feeling to be into a church. Old equipment, old curtains give the impression to be dirty. Staff is nice and polite, the problem is with the hotel itself. In the morning was noisy due to some works close to my room. The room is big, but even turning off the air conditioning there was a huge noise like ventilation. I don't recommend it, however it is at the level of a standard 2 star hotel if it was in Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a school group of 80 students and five teachers. The hotel was horrible! We found hair on our beds' sheets, on our food and jug of water. Mold in our bathroom and bathroom curtain. Our towels were dirty and when we asked them to change them they never did. When it was time to eat dinner a waiter rudely said to the teacher that at 10 o'clock the restaurant's closing. When we went to the restaurant he again rudely threw the plates on the table. In addition, the waiter and a rude lady were insulting us in their language. If we could rate this hotel 0/5 stars we surely would. The rating in this hotel is completely false.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got Room 508 that had a street view with large windows. I did not expect to get such a large room and large bed for the reasonable price. I loved the large furnitures and round table to sit at as well as the large TV. The bathroom was also spacious and everything was very clean. The Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. I needed a converter plug and they lent me one for my stay. I also needed a scale for my luggage weight and they lent me one too. My stay was November 28-30, 2021. I knew the area well as I grew up 2 streets away. I felt right at home. I highly recommend the location on a quiet street yet many many small shops, eateries and public transportation short walking distance on Mester Street. Dandar utca took me to 2es villamos which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came from Romania and we arrived at 5 a.m . They were waiting for us and they welcomed us in a very familiar way.
We had a great time in Budapest , and also the Hotel stuff made everything to make us feel like home.
Diner was very good .The rooms and bathroom are always clean. They clean up every day .
About the hotel stuff: they speak english fluent ,and they are very helpful .
The hotel location is in the best position that we could wish . It is in the middle of the city you find nearly anything in like 5 minutes (shop,restaurant ,bars drugstore etc) .
We are coming back definetly. I can only recommand.

To centre. You can easily walk to bridges and to new shopping mall. Breakfast was good and delicious.
