★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaposvár belvárosában a sétálóutcához közel található. Kis felújítást megérdemelne. Érdemes előzőleg olvasni róla, így még erdekesebb.
 It is located in the center of Kaposvár, close to the pedestrian street. It deserves a little renovation. It’s worth reading about it in advance, so it’s even more interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az Ádám-Éva ház bérháznak épült 1904-ben és nem kis botrányt kavart szecessziós aktjaival a kisváros puritán lakossága körében.
Az erkélyek feletti homlokzatot díszítő műveket két iskolatárs és egyben jóbarát: Borovitz Imre kaposvári és Csikász Imre veszprémi szobrászművészek készítették, Ádám alakját Borovitz, Éváét Csikász, akik fogadást kötöttek, hogy melyikük végez előbb a saját részével. Csikász lett a nyertes.
Az szomorú tény, hogy a 10 évet sem bírt ki a legutóbbi restaurálás. A szobrok és más díszítőelemek is mállanak, ami elég lehangoló.
The Ádám-Éva house was built as an apartment building in 1904 and stirred up a small scandal with its Art Nouveau acts among the puritanical population of the small town.
The works decorating the facade above the balconies were made by two schoolmates and good friends: sculptors Imre Borovitz from Kaposvár and Imre Csikász from Veszprém. Csikász became the winner.
The sad fact is that the last restoration didn’t last even 10 years. The sculptures and other decorative elements are also weathered, which is quite depressing.
