★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. We got an apartment no. 16 with one bedroom (double bed) + living room with a kitchen corner. From the hall we could enter a spacious bathroom. Everything was new, clean, furniture made of real wood, bathroom beautiful, windows facing a garden, simply superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a good location, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
However, the rooms smelled very strongly of perfumed cleaning detergent. Even worse, out of our group of 14 people, 3 people developed rashes from the sheet covers. I do not know what detergent their laundry uses, but the rashes were quite severe, and took over a week and steroid creme to resolve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Lovely staff. Saying that - it's more of an Ibis experience than a boutique type of stay. Small beds, check out too early, dated. Not great for a family trip but ok for single travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place with a beautiful interior design and love to small details. On three floors rooms available with elevator service, free water at the reception desk and some nuts available. German TV. All in all the place provides a feeling of a family owned house.
The breakfast buffet is small but offers for each taste something suitable.
The staff is very mindful and speaks German and or English on a very good level.
The hotel is located d food distance to the city center which offers wonderful old and restored buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No soundproofing, you could hear every single word from the apartment nextdoors. The neighbors are young people who like to party and play loud music. Highly not recommended!!!
