★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ingatlan tiszta, rendezett, több közösségi tér és beépített tetőtér is van. A ház alatt pince. Billiárd és csocsó asztal van, a billiárd az elhasználtságából adódóan problémás és csak az egyik dákó használható, a csocsó asztal viszont kritikán aluli, élvezhetetlen. A környék csendes.
The property is clean, tidy, with several communal areas and a built-in attic. Cellar under the house. There is a pool table and a billiard table, billiards are problematic due to their use and only one cue can be used, but the table football table is critically unattractive. The area is quiet.
