★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelletlen és rossz a kiszolgálás. Bár meglehet, csak lakossági "ügyfeleknél", a fodrászokkal máshogyan bánnak.
Nagy nehezen megrendeltek nekem 2 hajpakolást, Kallos termék és új, bebuszoztam érte de kiderült, véletlenül samponokat rendeltek nem a pakolást.
Ha ezen a ponton még annyi elhangzik, hogy "ne haragudj, későbbre be tudjuk szerezni, vissza tudsz jönni érte?" Akkor semmi gond, de nagy szemöldökvonogatások voltak, tanácstalan mászkálás, a hibát az eladó fel sem ismerte.. Annyit mondott, hogy hát 2 hét múlva jön megint árú..
Az, hogy eladók ennyire nem tudnak beszélni, meg eladni, az egy vicc, nem színvonal.
A hab a tortán, hogy a Kallos pakolásokat megtaláltam a vásárcsarnokban a Goods marketben, A fodrászkellékesben meg nem.
