We were all very satisfied, with the hotel itself, the staff and all the amenities available that made our conference a success. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and even in the winter, the garden area is still lovely and well-maintained. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional--all of our requests were met with and everyone was always courteous. Our buffet breakfasts and dinners were wonderful -- great, wide selections, for all diets and preferences, and delicious! All were satisfied with the wellness areas as well as with the rooms. I worked with the Sales and Events staff to plan the conference, and cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and friendliness! We have been here before 2 years ago with the same conference, and we had a great experience then too, AND we will be coming back in 2023! Highly recommended hotel in Budapest, Hungary in our books!!! THANK YOU!
