Nach einer kurzen Bedenkzeit hätte ich meine Bestellung via mail aufgegeben und kurze Zeit darauf auch urgiert. Leider ohne Rückmeldung. Telefonisch leider nicht erreichbar, nach etwa einer Minute in der Leitung wird das Gespräch automatisch beendet. Schade The first offer was very quick and the price list was great at a glance. After a short period of reflection, I would have placed my order via email and a short time later I would have urged it. Unfortunately no feedback. Unfortunately not available by phone, after about a minute on the line the call is automatically ended. Pity
Á	Ákos Gáborik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mikor az árak után érdeklődtem egyből válaszoltak, majd másnap rám is írt a tulajdonos, hogy szeretnék-e rendelni. Ez volt az utolsó hír felőle. Bár folyamatosan próbálkoztam, ezután 4 (!) hónapon át sem telefonon, sem emailen nem sikerült többé elérnem senkit. Mikor a végre egyszer a telephelyen tudtam beszélni egy alkalmazottal, felvilágosított, hogy a honlapon írtakkal ellentétben nem tudnak szélezett deszkát készíteni. :( EDIT: Nem, nem rejtett számról hívtam Önöket, egyszer még SMS-t is küldtek rá, hogy hamarosan visszahívnak, de nem történt meg. Emellett emailben és az ajánlatkérőn (2x) is megadtam a számomat. A telepen pedig nem vásárolni szerettem volna, csak végső esélyként érdeklődni. Ott tudtam meg, hogy bár a honlapon kínálják, egyáltalán nem foglalkoznak -jelenleg- szélezett deszkával. Jövő hétre, de jövő hónapra sem. Months I could no longer reach anyone by phone or email. When I was finally able to talk to an employee at the site once, it became clear that, unlike what was written on the website, they couldn’t make edged boards. :( EDIT: No, I called you from an unhidden number, once they even sent me an SMS that they would call you back soon, but it didn't happen. I also provided my number via email and on the contracting authority (2x). And I didn't want to buy at the farm, I just wanted to inquire as a last resort. It was there that I learned that although they are offered on the website, they do not deal with - currently- edged boards at all. For next week, but not for next month.
R	Rainer Zufall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Firma muss es sehr gut gehen, man braucht wohl keine neue Kunden. Über Tage hinweg geht niemand ans Telefon, egal zu welcher Zeit man anruft. Erreicht man endlich jemanden und es heißt "morgen wieder anrufen" geht wieder niemand ans Telefon. Dann kaufe ich eben wo anders... The company must be doing very well, they probably don't need new customers. For days no one answers the phone, no matter what time you call. If you finally reach someone and they say "call me again tomorrow", no one answers the phone again. Then I'll buy somewhere else...

Én a gyümölcs és paradicsomfáinkhoz kerestem támasztékot különböző méretekben és ez a cég olyan választékkal rendelkezik, mint mások nem. Pár e-mail váltást követően a nagyon segítőkész munkatárnak köszönhetően a héten meg is érkeztek és teljes mértékben meg vagyok elégedve az akác karókkal. A szuper minőség mellé remek ár is társul, így aki jó minőségű akácfából készült karókat és oszlopokat keres annak az Akácoszlop Gyár Kft. a legjobb választás. Köszönöm szépen a remek karókat. I was looking for acacia poles in a certain size and I was very happy when I found this company, as nowhere else in the country did I find a company that makes such a large selection of poles and poles from acacia wood. After a couple of email exchanges, they arrived this week thanks to the very helpful staff and I am completely satisfied with the acacia sticks. N	Norbert Kiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagynehezen kaptam egy árlistát elvileg készleten lévő áruról, majd 3 nap gondolkodás után kiválasztottam a megfelelő terméket és a szállítási díjról érdeklődtem. Ezután 9 napba telt, míg közölték hogy hónapokig nem fognak tudni kiszolgálni. A fenti idő alatt az e-mailemet 8 alkalommal nyitották meg és képtelenek voltak ennyit leírni. Ha csak a német piacra kívánnak magasabb díjakon értékesíteni, akkor ne rabolják az időmet, ezzel is kárt okozva. Válaszom a cinikus megjegyzésére: "Természetesen nem rendelkezünk mindennel raktárkészlettel, de a megrendeléseket rövid időn belül szállítani tudjuk." Ezt írják az árlistájukban. Ugyan nem gyors étterem lánc a cégük, de azért úgy gondolom lehetnének annyira tisztességesek, hogy nem tévesztik meg a vásárlót ilyen ígéretekkel. Talán az sem őrületes elvárás, hogy amikor hetente 10-15% drágulás van jelen, akkor ne másfél hétig várjak a szállítási költségre egy árat - amit mostanáig sem kaptam meg - vagy egyáltalán arra, hogy nincs és nem is lesz a termék amiért érdeklődtem. I had a hard time getting a price list for the goods in stock, then after 3 days of thinking I selected the right product and inquired about the shipping fee. It then took 9 days before it was announced that they would not be able to serve for months. During the above time, my email was opened 8 times and they were unable to describe that much. If they only want to sell to the German market at higher prices, don’t waste my time doing harm to it. In response to the cynical comment: "Of course we don't have all the stock in stock, but we can deliver orders in no time." This is what they write in their price list. Although their company is not a fast restaurant chain, I think they could be so fair that they don’t mislead the customer with such promises. Perhaps it is not an insane expectation that when there is a 10-15% increase in prices per week, I should not wait a week and a half for the shipping cost - which I have not received so far - or at all that there is not and will not be the product I was interested in.
