★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Édesapám hamvasztása június 14. péntekre volt igérve. Ehelyett szombaton történt meg. Hétfőn édesanyám elment az urnáért amit haza vitt. Szerdán az öcsém vette észre, hogy az urnán el van az édesapám neve írva. Édesanyám telefonált is hogy javítsák ki a hibát. Közölték, hogy édesanyám utazzon be a nyirségből debrecenbe az urnával. Nagy kegyesen voltak szívesek eljönni érte amúgy ez a minimum amit elvárnánk ezután a baki után, de nem, még hab a tetejére hogy a sofőr lusta volt a címet megkeresni ehelyett felhívta édesanyámat, hogy vigye már ki az urnát a falu határába a falut jelző táblához majd ugyanezzel a mozdulattal menjen is majd érte ha elkeszült. Nem elég a mi fájdalmunk még ezt a botrányos helyzetet is el kellett szenvednünk. Megértem, hogy hibák történhetnek hisz mindenki ember de elvártuk volna, hogy kicsit empatikusabban kezelik a helyzetet. ?

On Wednesday my brother noticed that the urn had the name of my father. My mother also phoned to fix the error. They told me that my mother would travel from the lymph to Debrecen with the urn. They were very grateful to come for it anyway, what we would expect after the baki, but no, even on the top of the foam that the driver was lazy to find the address instead he called my mother to take the urn out of the village to the village signboard and then you should go for it with the same gesture if you missed it. It is not enough for us to suffer even this scandalous situation. I understand that mistakes can happen because everyone is human, but we would have expected a little more empathic treatment of the situation. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A polgári ceremónia nagyon szép tud lenni, de ez föleg a külsös beszédmondón múlik. Adhatnának egy külön nevet a temetkezési osztálynak, fura látni az AKSD szemétszállító cég nevét a gyászhuszárok zakóján.
Alapvetöen egy lehúzós, túlárazott szolgáltatás az egész, ami ellen senkinek nincs kedve reklamálni haláleset után.
A civic ceremony can be very beautiful, but it mostly depends on the outside speaker. They could give the funeral department a special name, it’s weird to see the name of the AKSD garbage truck on the mourning hooded jacket.
It's basically a scratch-off, overpriced service that no one wants to complain about after a death.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az árak sokkal drágábbak mint bármely másik temetkezési kft-nél , az ügyintézés csapnivaló , sok olyan költséget fellszámolnak amit meg se índokolnak megfelelően , nem ajánlom senkinek , inkább jobb egy kisvállalkozó , mert az legalább magyar .
The prices are much more expensive than at any other funeral home, the administration is cumbersome, they charge a lot of costs that are not justified, I do not recommend them to anyone, it is better for a small entrepreneur, because it is at least Hungarian.
