Eddig (2019. augusztusáig) többször telefonáltam, személyesen kértem a javítást, semmilyen intézkedés nem történt eddig az ügyben. Felháborító ez a hozzáállás... Inkabb kerestem mast, aki meg is javitotta. Our garage door installed this year has gone wrong. I called them and they added my data to the repair. The service colleague said they would call her, slowly two of them were calling her. I'd rather find a mast who repaired it.

Hívtam a céget, kertek képeket a sérülésről. Még aznap visszahívtak, hogy rendelik az új kart, amelyet további két nap múlva fel is szereltek, így csak két napig nem tudtuk használni a sorompót. Megbízhatatlan cég, nem az első ilyen negatív esetet tudok velük felsorolni. Csak akkor fontos az ügyfél, mikor beruház új technikára, de a szervizeléshez már nem együttműködők.
