Sajnos erre későn jöttünk rá, de szerencsére rátaláltunk erre az üzletre, mert szembetűnő a különbség egy ékszer árus és egy ötvös szakember között. Komoly szakértelem és vásárló központú kiszolgálást kaptunk. Maximálisan meg vagyunk elégedve. Rövid határidős javítást kaptunk. A Plázába a garanciális javítást nem tudták volna az esküvőig megcsinálni. Így egy héttel az esküvő előtt megjavították a gyűrűket.
We bought a wedding ring at Alba Plaza and the service and rings were also highly objectionable. Unfortunately, we found this out late, but luckily we found this deal because the difference between a jewelry vendor and a goldsmith is striking. We have received serious expertise and customer-centric service. We are maximally satisfied. We received a short-term correction. Warranty repairs to the Plaza could not have been done until the wedding. So a week before the wedding, the rings were repaired.
