★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon szerettem volna segítséget kérni a kutyusommal kapcsolatban, akit menhelyről hoztunk el, sajnos rosszul viseli a távollétünket, fél az egyedülléttől. Ebben szerettem volna szakember tanácsát kikérni, hogy mi tévők legyünk, mire azt a választ kaptam, hogy ajándékozzuk el a kutyát, cseréljük le egy másikra, akivel nincs ilyen probléma. Majd mire elmondtam, hogy mi nagyon szeretjük őt, családtagként kezeljük, szó sincs ilyen alternatíváról, rám tette az úr a telefont. Visszahívtam, azt gondoltam, hogy csak megszakadt a vonal, majd ismét megkérdeztem, hogy milyen egyéb más mód lehetséges, hogy segítsünk ezen a problémán, mire ismét letette a telefont néhány morgás kíséretében.
Mélységesen felháborít, hogy egy neves kutyaiskola tagja azt tartja megoldásnak, hogy dobjuk ki a kutyát, vagy cseréljük el, mintha csak egy érzéketlen, lelketlen használati cikk lenne.
Ezek után senkinek sem ajánlom!
I wanted to ask for help on the phone about my puppy, who we brought from a shelter, unfortunately he bears our absence badly, afraid of loneliness. In this, I wanted to seek professional advice so that we could be wrong, by the time I got the answer to give the dog as a gift, replace it with another one with no such problem. Then, by the time I told him we loved him very much, we treated him as a family member, there was no such alternative, the gentleman put the phone on me. I called back, thought the line was just broken, and then again asked what other ways were possible to help with this problem before he hung up again with a few growls.
It is deeply outrageous that a member of a reputable dog school sees a solution as throwing the dog out or replacing it as if it were just an insensitive, soulless item of use.
After that, I would not recommend it to anyone!
