A kolléga a lepakoláshoz betolatott, de elmérte a féltető és a jármű magasságát, így a jármű bal felső hátsó része súrolta a féltető első gerendájának alját, majd mikor észlelte a sofőr a dolgot előrébb állt, így kifelé is súrolta a gerendát. A feleségem tanúja volt a káreseménynek.
Major Tamás ügyvezető két ízben is kérte az esemény leírását, majd választ csak akkor kaptunk amikor két hét múlva rákérdeztem. Ekkor azt mondta, hogy ő megkérte a sofőrt hogy jöjjön be hozzánk rendezni a kárt és ígérte hogy visszahív. Másnap ez meg is történt, mire azt közölte, hogy bár a sofőrje elismeri, hogy ő okozta a sérülést, de a felelősségét nem ismeri el arra hivatkozva, hogy a feleségem segítette a tolatást (ami természetesen nem történt meg, feleségem látta, hogy a két külső visszapillantó tükröt nézte felváltva a sofőr), majd közölte, hogy kártérítés helyett esetleg a rendőrséghez fordulhatunk.
Nem tartom ezt korrekt hozzáállásnak!

Managing director Tamás Major asked for a description of the event twice, and we only got an answer when I asked him two weeks later. He then said that he had asked the driver to come to us to settle the damage and promised to call him back. The next day it happened, when he said that although his driver admitted that he had caused the injury, he did not acknowledge his responsibility, claiming that my wife had helped the reversal (which, of course, did not happen, my wife saw that the two the driver took turns looking in the exterior rear-view mirror) and then told us that instead of compensation we might be able to turn to the police.
I don't think that's the right attitude!
