A tornák alkalmával egyensúlyt fejlesztettünk, relaxáltunk,nyújtottunk, medencefenék izmokat erősítettünk és légzéstechnikákat gyakoroltunk. MIndenkinek csak ajánlani tudom Cinti kismama tornáit, mert a jól megválasztott kismama torna elengedhetetlen egy várandós nő életében. :)
I have attended online maternity tournaments at Cintin even in the last few weeks. During the exercises, we developed balance, relaxed, stretched, strengthened pelvic floor muscles and practiced breathing techniques. I can only recommend the maternity tournaments of Cinti to everyone, because a well-chosen maternity tournament is essential in the life of a pregnant woman. :)
