A	Anikó Mahler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Óvodás, kisiskolás gyerekeknek nem ajánlom. A bérlet vásárláskor tájékoztattak minket, hogy a szülő nem mehet be a gyerekkel, a lábmosóig kísérheti. Azt viszont nem mondták, hogy az oktató nem jön ki a gyerekekért, még első alkalommal sem, hogy bekísérje őket. Így bemutatkozni sem fog a szülőknek. A 4 éves gyereknek egyedül kellett volna a hátsó kis medencéhez mennie, ahol még sosem volt és amit a lábmosótól látni sem lehet, az oktatóhoz, akivel még sosem találkozott. És persze végig az úszómedence mellett, miközben az előző oktatásról kifelé jövő kisebb-nagyobb gyerek rohangálnak ott. A gyerek nem mert bemenni és mivel nem szerettük volna, hogy véletlenül valaki belökje a nagy medencébe, bekísértük, aminek persze az oktató nem örült. Én sem. Többet nem megyünk. A víztől való félelme teljesen megszűnt, köszönhető a türelmes és kedves oktatóknak. Amit sajnálok, hogy nincs baba úszás, pedig az öcsit is oda vinnem. My 5 year old son loves to go there. She loves instructors. He went there last year, and this year he couldn’t wait to go again. His fear of water has completely disappeared, thanks to the patient and kind instructors. Rugalmatlan ügyfélkezelés (itt szeintem nem az ügyintéző lehet a ludas, hanem az iskola szabályzata rosszúl átgondolt, és nem veszi figyelembe az ügyfelei igényeit).
