Az átvevő pontot ( könyvelő iroda) kicsit nehezen találtam meg de az ott dolgozók segítőkészek voltak. I've ordered a gift from here several times. I always got the selected product quickly and in good quality. The prices are completely fair. I found the pick-up point (accounting office) a bit difficult but the people working there were helpful.

Egyetlen hibaként csak a rövid nyitvatartási idejüket tudnám említeni (H-P: 9h-15h), ezért a munkarendem miatt nem tudtam személyesen átvenni, és egy ismerősöm ment be érte. I received tastefully executed goods at a good price / value ratio! The only mistake I could mention was their short opening hours (H-P: 9h-15h), so I couldn’t pick it up in person because of my schedule, and an acquaintance of mine went in for it.

A boltban nagy rendetlenség volt, nem találtak semmit sem. Többet biztos nem rendelünk onnan. Válaszára írva: Email-ben rendeltem és miután kifizettem a terméket egyetlen email üzenetemre nem érkezett válasz. Email-ben lett elküldve a kép, amit választottunk, hogy elkészítsék. Többször is elküldésre került, többször megjelölve a mennyiség és a szín is. A boltba a férjem ment, átvételre. Nem tetszett neki sem, hiszen egy ember feje félig lemaradt a képről. De nem volt más. Egyébként beszéltünk telefonon a mai napon, mert felvettem, ahol elismerte, hogy nem találták az email üzeneteket, sem a megrendelést. Szerintem ennél több nem kell. Nyilván olyan karácsonyfadíszt készített az ember, amin valakinek a feje csak félig van rajta. Unfortunately, they did not make the product I ordered. No phone was picked up, no letters were answered. There was a big mess in the store, nothing was found. We certainly won't order from there anymore. Written in response: I ordered by email and after I paid for the product there was no response to any of my emails. The image we selected to take was emailed to you. It has been sent more than once, including the quantity and color. My husband went to the store to pick up. He didn't like it either, as a man's head was halfway behind the picture. But there was no other. Anyway, we talked on the phone today because I picked up where he admitted that they couldn’t find the emails or the order. I don't think you need more than that. Apparently the man made a Christmas tree ornament with someone’s head only half on it.
