★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semmi segítséget nem kaptam a hölgytől. Inkább a telefonját nyomkodta, mert az a fontos a munkahelyen. Annak örüljön az biztosító, hogy még vannak náluk segítőkész emberek, mert a Nagy Ferenc téren nagyon segítőkész volt velem az úr.
I didn't get any help from the lady. He preferred to push his phone because that’s what’s important at work. The insurer should be glad that they still have helpful people, because the gentleman was very helpful to me in Ferenc Nagy Square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legrosszabb ügyintéző akihez valaha szerencsém volt, 10 percet váratott amíg elszívta a cigijét, és telefonált. A hölgy ruházatára ki se térnék. Végig se hallgatta a problémámat, hülyének nevezett és elküldött. Inkább menjetek a Búza téri irodába, ott kedvesen és gyorsan segítettek.
