My car was hit while parking before my house. Unfortunately the at-fault party had Allanz. I had to place several calls to them. By sheer luck the first call was successful - but I can't follow-up: it is impossible to reach Allianz by phone. What will happen, depends on your language preferences.
- If your choice is the Hungarian language you will listen to their music for 20 or so minutes than you will be told (in Hungarian) that everyone is busy, they can't keep you on hold and you will be asked to provide them with your phone number, so they can call back. Nevermind that the reason you are calling them is because they did not call you back!
- If you decide to proceed in English... the same will happen. I.e. the voice before they disconnect the line will be in Hungarian. Really dumb and won't do anything else, just infuriate the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge you wrong amount, and you have to pay additional simply because "they are wrong with the numbers, but whatever, just pay the money or leave with the penalty"
Don't ever think of making contract with them. You will have to waste a lot of times and money to no avail.
