★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider hat mich diese Agentur mit Frau Agnes Farkás als Kundenberaterin in den vergangenen Monaten sehr enttäuscht.
Als Ansprechpartnerin für deutsche Kunden ist sie schnell bei der Sache, wenn es um den Abschluss eines neuen Vertrages geht. Für Hilfe bei Problemlösungen bei bestehenden Verträgen sind ihr immer die Hände gebunden: da könne sie nichts machen, da sie keinen Zugriff auf die Zentrale in Budapest habe.
Daß es auch anders geht, habe ich festgestellt, als eine junge Kollegin, auch deutsch sprechend, sie vertrat.
Kurzum:
Eine Agentur, die vor Ort nicht helfen und keinen Kontakt zur Zentrale in Budapest herstellen kann, ist wenig sinnvoll, wenn einigen Mitarbeitern die Hände gebunden sind oder es nicht wollen/können/dürfen.
Da es in Keszthely alternative Versicherungen rund ums Haus und Auto gibt, werde ich meine Versicherungen bei der Allianz kündigen, dann vielleicht die gleichen Probleme, dafür nur halb so teuer.
Diese Rezension verfasse ich nicht unter meinem Klarnamen, Agnes wird wissen, wer ich bin.

Unfortunately, this agency with Mrs. Agnes Farkás as a customer advisor has disappointed me a lot in the past few months.
As the contact person for German customers, she quickly gets down to business when it comes to concluding a new contract. Her hands are always tied when it comes to helping with problem solving for existing contracts: she can't do anything because she doesn't have access to the headquarters in Budapest.
I found out that there is another way when a young colleague, who also speaks German, stood in for her.
In short:
An agency that cannot help on site and cannot establish contact with the head office in Budapest makes little sense if some employees' hands are tied or do not want/can/must not.
Since there are alternative home and car insurances in Keszthely, I will cancel my insurance with Allianz, then maybe the same problems, but only half the price.
