A szájukba rágva sem képesek helyes diagnózisra, de azért kiszámlázzák a bevizsgálási díjat miközben hibásan visszaadják a gépet. A HP helyszíni garanciában megjavította a gépem később, érdekes módon nekem sikerült dokumentálnom és elvégezni helyettük a munkát. A válaszuk erre? Ők helyesen jártak el, blabla, és a kirótt pénz is jogos, hiába mutattam be a munkalapot bizonyítva a tárgyi tévedésüket. Ha más is így jár, ezt javaslom: vásárlók könyve --> fogyasztóvédelem miatt, majd párhuzamosan bejelenteni a Békéltető testületnél (online meg lehet csinálni). Érdekes módon a tárgyalás előtt visszakaptam a pénzt, de elnézést persze nem kértek, ami a minimum volna civilizált körökben. Mivel jó fej vagyok, és értékelem a szabadidőm, a tárgyalástól ettől függetlenül eltekintettem, cserében itt hagyom ezt az értékelést. SOHA TÖBBET! ui.: a panaszkönyv és a vélemények alapján javaslom mindenkinek, hogy fotózza körbe a gépét, mielőtt leadja, elkerülve a karcolások kapcsán a kételyeket. It is no coincidence that the large number of one-star reviews! They are not able to make a correct diagnosis when chewed into their mouths, but they still charge an examination fee while returning the machine incorrectly. HP later repaired my machine during an on-site warranty, interestingly I was able to document and do the work for them. Is their answer to this? They did the right thing, blabla, and the money charged was legitimate, even though I presented the worksheet proving their material error. If this is the case, I suggest this: buyer's book -> for consumer protection, and then report it to the Conciliation Board in parallel (you can do it online). Interestingly, I got the money back before the trial, but of course they didn’t apologize, which is the minimum in civilized circles. Since I am a good head and appreciate my free time, I have abandoned this evaluation anyway, in return I leave this evaluation here. NEVER! ui .: based on the complaint book and the reviews, I suggest everyone take a photo of their camera before handing it over, avoiding any doubts about scratches.

He talk about two weeks repair duration and the cost of repair that can reach my laptop price!! I went to small repair shop and he fixed it with only six euros!! When we come to your place, this means that we have problem, big problem, please don't say something that increases our stress!!
