Kis meló kevés időt vett igénybe.. a második egy vezérlés csere volt. 6 órát vártam.. pedig kb maga a muvelet 3-4 ora talán, arra a kérdésemre hogy milyen állapotban volt a régi választ nem kaptam, később fura hangok jottek a motorterbol, valaszt nem kaptam, a vizpumpa furan kalimpal valaszt nem kaptam.. pedig kuldtem videot, miért.. eltelt pár hónap. Vezérlés cserenel nem nézték át rendesen a többi kopó alkatrészt. Pl főtengely szíj tárcsa.. klima vagy szervó görgő.. ilyenkor nem tud az ember nem arra gondolni hogy mivan ha..... Sajnos ez a kommunikáció hiány megöli a bizalmat... He was still fine with the first meeting. Little work took little time .. the second was a control change. Modortalanok, egyáltalán nem segítőkészek. Többszöri telefonhívásra nem válaszoltak. Ezt követően személyesen fáradtam be hozzájuk, ekkor adták tudomásomra, hogy nem tudnak segíteni, csak vállat vontak. Véleményem szerint egy márkaszervíz nem engedhetne meg ilyen hozzáállást. Majdnem 1,5 M-ért akarták kicserélni, tagadták, hogy visszahívás van az alkatrészre. Ausztriában garanciában kicserélték. Még a hibakód kiolvasását is kiszámlázták. A legszomorúbb, hogy a Volvo Magyarország végig asszisztált, még azután is, hogy Svédországból megkaptam a visszahívás kódját. Lying cheating gang! In the hybrid xc90, the electric motor broke down after 30,000 km. They wanted to replace it for almost 1.5M, denying there was a recall for the part. It has been replaced under warranty in Austria. Even the DTC read was billed. The saddest thing is that Volvo Hungary assisted all the way through, even after I received the recall code from Sweden.
