Honourable Company! I used your service several times for many years to repair a motorized undercarriage, then I was always satisfied with the work. On November 3, I contacted you again to order repair work. The clerk took the data and said that in 3-4 days my service colleague would report to me and tell me when they would come to install. I left plenty of time for my colleague, but since he didn’t show up, I called the office again on November 24th where the clerk told me to look it up and call me back in a few minutes. Since he didn't call me back a day later, I called the office again, where the lady reluctantly told me that they didn't know when they could come out at all, I'd rather look for another provider ... You probably didn't want to tell me that because you didn't call me back ... At the beginning of this summer, I personally visited the office in connection with the subsequent installation of a mosquito net, the total amount of work would not have been a penny item and unfortunately the reception was not nice even then, munching on a sandwich, the same lady was reluctant to deal with me. I haven't had a mosquito net since, I thought I'd order it with the assembly now, but they didn't give me a chance. I can only hope that other customers are treated with good service, unfortunately now I have had no luck so I do not recommend the company to anyone.
