★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Webshop-ból szerettem volna rendelni tokot, viszont a rendelést követően semmilyen visszajelzést nem kaptam róla. E-mail-t hiába írtam nekik többször is, választ nem kaptam. Két hét után felhívtam őket és negyedjére vették fel, ahol mondták, hogy csak januárban lenne a termék, na most az a kérdés merűl fel bennem, hogy erről nem kellett volna értesíteni? A telefonon a személy, akivel beszéltem kedves volt, viszont az elmondása szerint, hogy küldtek e-mail-t az egyáltalán nem igaz. A rendelés az egyeztetés során vissza lett mondva, azóta várom, hogy a pénzem visszautalásra kerüljön (ennek kb. egy hete).
 I wanted to order a case from a webshop, but I didn't get any feedback after ordering. Although I wrote them several times in vain, I did not receive a reply. I called them after two weeks and they picked me up at the quarter where they said the product would only be in January, so now the question arises in me that I shouldn’t have been notified about it? On the phone, the person I talked to was kind, but he said they sent me an email that’s not true at all. The order was canceled during the reconciliation, and I have been waiting for my money to be refunded (about a week ago).

They are quick to respond to your mails but just as quick to get angry at you for asking about simple things like "where's my stuff? You claim on your website to have it delivered within 2 days, yet it's been a week and a half and I still haven't got it". It's a shame that places like this can stay open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a kindle from them on the 11th of July. It didn't arrive for weeks so I kept calling them. I was always told it would be in stock that week so I should just wait another week. This kept going on until September when I kept asking for refund. They never processed the refund and now they won't even pick up the phone. Also, they never sent out any confirmation emails. Such a scam.
