Non rispondono mai al telefono.

Un'incompetente che ci lavora (che manco parla bene Italiano) sosteneva con fermezza che il tampone richiesto dallo stato Italiano per rientrare in Italia venisse controllato in aeroporto a Budapest, e che quindi era necessario farlo a Budapest. Dopo mille difficoltà (a partire da quelle di traduzione dei siti delle farmacie ungheresi) sono riuscito a farlo per poi scoprire che "Forse lo controllano all'ingresso in Italia, qui non ci serve", testuali parole del tizio all'imbarco.

i have called to renew my passport because in the form it is written to scan the form and send it back with the payed check. i was wondering how to do that as the payment can be done only in forints and the scanned picture is not good for the passport. when she answered the phone for the 10th time i have called,she did not even listened to what i wanted to ask,she just kept going on what to do,i had to interrupt here 3 times before asking my questions,where the answe was " you are the 50th today and i am totally overworked". Then finally i was able to ask my questions in a way to understand how to interpret the form or how to send the money and the picture when she says" never mind what the form says do this and that first". i mean...if never call these things never come up.so why the form has the wrong information?why i have to deal with someone who tells me in the phone that i am the 50th?and why do i have to pay 116 euros for this kind of service?? ( i am an italian citizen by the way )
