(Erdekes modon masodszori nekifutasra sikerult kitisztitaniuk...) I took a hat to clean, they returned it just as dirty, when they complained, they said they couldn’t get everything out of it. The money was, of course, fenced off. (Interestingly, they managed to clean it up for a second run ...)

A tisztítás hatékonyságát firtató kérdésemre a hölgy rámutatott az átvételi fecnin szereplő "nincs garancia" feliratra. A megjelenésem az üzletben (értsd vevő) láthatóan zavaróan hatott a személyzetre. Ígérem, soha többet nem fogok zavarni. I submitted my "sealed" sleeve jacket to clean. To my question about the effectiveness of the cleaning, the lady pointed to the inscription "no guarantee" on the receipt fecnin. Másnap reggel bementem érte, az olvasgató alkalmazott többszöri köszönésemre jött csak elő, ő nem köszönt. A kérdésemre, hogy mi volt előző este, csak vállrándítás volt a válasz. Szóval nem csak az ügyfélélmény sérül, már alapszolgáltatás sem kifogástalan (ld. nyitva tartás). Hármast akartam adni, de ez így kettes. 03.14. Válasz a tulajdonos kérdésére: január 23-25 lehetett, sok idő eltelt, már nem vagyok biztos a dátumban. Mindenesetre köszönöm a reakcióját! I took a coat to clean, it was basically a success. A hölgy, aki átvette tisztításra a kabátom kedves volt, az átvételnél szintén nem volt probléma, a kabátom meg olyan, mint új korában. Pedig tényleg nagyon koszos volt, ami a kék színen eléggé szembetűnő is volt. I read a lot of negative experiences, but luckily it was a positive experience for me. The lady who took over my coat for cleaning was kind, there was also no problem with the take-over, and my coat was like new. And it was really dirty, which was pretty conspicuous in blue.
