Semmi baj, felhívtam és elmondtam a bajom, amit nagyjából 2-3 perc alatt sikerült is felfogni a hölgynek. Megegyeztünk, hogy nem küldöm vissza a nem megfelelő alkatrészt, hanem elküldi a megfelelőt, de a posta költség Őket terheli! Na ennek már lassan egy hónapja.. írtam nekik 2 szer is, de már válaszra sem méltatnak! Nem ajánlom őket! Átverős és megbízhatatlan vállalkozás! I ordered a mercedes part from them about the goodwill, via message, but unfortunately the lady in charge of the clerk was zero because she sent the part to the right instead of the left. No problem, I called and told me about my problem, which the lady managed to grasp in about 2-3 minutes. We have agreed not to return the incorrect part but to send the correct one, but the postage will be borne by them! It's been a month since ... I've written to them 2 times, but they don't answer! I do not recommend them! Scam and unreliable business!
