Mást küldenek, mint ami meg lett rendelve, ha méretre kérsz valamit biztos lehetsz abban az is el lesz méretezve. Nincs semmilyen visszaigazolás, hogy mikor kapja meg a termékeket a megrendelő, vagy megkapja vagy nem, de állandó probléma, hogy valami éppen nincs, és nem tájékoztatják erről a megrendelés leadásakor a vevőt. Folyamatos csúszásokról már nem is beszélve.
Their attitude to work is unqualifiable. They cannot fulfill any order flawlessly. They send something other than what you ordered. There is no confirmation as to when the products will be received by the customer or will be received or not, but it is a constant problem that something just doesn’t exist and they will not inform the buyer when placing the order. Not to mention continuous slips.

Az udvaron lézengnek az alkalmazottak. Nem igazán segítőkészek. Kisteherautóval már körülményesebb parkolni a személyautók számára tervezett parkolóba. A ügyfél kiszolgáló helyiségben ujból 15 percet vesztegeltem. Az árukiadók sajnos eltűntek, egy legény volt a láthatáron de ő is el volt havazva, kb kétszer csengetett a kollegáknak, majd 25 perc várakozás után elszégyellte magát és kiadta az árut. Hajrá! Van még mit fejlődni! :(

Employees are hanging out in the yard. Not really helpful. It is more difficult to park a van in a car park designed for cars. I wasted another 15 minutes in the client service room. The vendors were sadly gone, there was a lad on the horizon but he was snowed too, rang his colleagues about twice, then after 25 minutes of waiting was ashamed of himself and released the goods. Come on! There is still room for improvement! :(
