★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dangerously incompetent printing operation, probably rest not much better. I come from an advertising agency background, and recently had the "pleasure" of dealing with their consumer outlet via my wife.
We needed a thermo transfer print of a high resolution PDF. The worker, seeing that my wife knows nothing of printing, saw his opportunity to slack off by printing with low saturation and wrongly configured resolution as to save the company literally a kopek worth of money. When I came over to complain, he of course lost his ability to speak English.
Coming from an ad agency background, I can only warn you of this company in all areas. Practical experience teaches that this kind of sloppyness - while, sadly, common in print shops - usually carries through the entire organization. I would be extremely careful before commissioning them for any task of value.
