★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Törökországban nyaralunk, az idegenvezető nem segít, egyik szállodából a másikba lökdösnek, nem azt a szobát kaptuk, és nem azt a szállodát, amit foglaltunk. Ígérgetnek folyamatosan mindenféle kárpótlást, de 2 fő plusz gyerekkel csak 2 személyes a szoba. Soha többé Anubisszal sehova nem megyek.
We are on holiday in Turkey, the guide does not help, they are pushed from one hotel to another, we did not get the room and not the hotel we booked. They constantly promise all kinds of compensation, but with 2 people plus children the room is only for 2 people. I will never go anywhere with Anubis again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krétán, Hersonissosban voltunk. Egy hétre közel 500 ezer forintot fizettünk ki, egy 5 csillagos all inclusive szállodai ellátásért. Mikor megérkeztünk, tapasztaltuk, hogy a szálloda még a 3 csillagot is csak nagyon nagy jóindulattal éri el. Az ellátásban egyedül az étel volt értékelhető. A presszó kávéért 2 eurót kérnek, a koktélokat szirupokból készítik, a szálloda tele van fiatalokkal, akik bulizni jönnek, ami a pihenést lehetetlenné teszi.
A honlapon közzétett képek megtévesztőek, nem tükrözik a valóságot.
A város koszos büdös és drága. Voltunk más városokban a szigeten, amik sokkal rendezettebbek voltak.
We were in Hersonissos, Crete. We paid nearly 500,000 forints a week for a 5-star all-inclusive hotel. When we arrived, we found that the hotel even achieved 3 stars with very great benevolence. Only food could be evaluated in the care. The espresso coffee costs 2 euros, the cocktails are made from syrups, the hotel is full of young people who come to party, which makes relaxation impossible.
The images published on the website are misleading and do not reflect reality.
The city is dirty stinky and expensive. We were in other towns on the island that were much more tidy.

Completely fair prices, administration. We owe the company a wonderful day in Cairo. We are especially grateful to the installed tour guide, Hussein. Understandably, his knowledge is extensive spiced with many humorous minutes.
