Very fair price, helpful staff, order, cleanliness, we were maximally satisfied with everything. The biggest plus is the location!

Easily accessible, peaceful, quiet well-equipped accommodation. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and give a much more expensive impression. Staff friendly, restaurant super, hearty delicious breakfast, fast, friendly service. I would love to go there any time, I recommend it to everyone with a good heart.

Superb. The rooms are exactly as in the pictures, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very friendly staff! And the food is good, and the chefs are trying to please everyone! Another positive aspect is that it is located relatively close to the center, so if you propose walks / visits in the city, you will quickly reach the location. There is quite generous parking at the location. Overall, very good. The quality-price ratio is real. ⁇

Perfect choice in all respects, all furniture and furnishings are new, beautiful, clean, the reception is kind and helpful. The apartment has an excellent café and pizzeria.

We went to Szeged for work. We didn't want to stay here, but fate wanted it that way. So a few words about accommodation. It's actually an apartment, but it's okay! It looks like it’s recently finished, still very new. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and induction hob. The latter has not yet been activated and could not be used. (Not as if we wanted to). Kettle, built in 3z1 kv. Furnished for two people with everything you need for a kitchen. The shower is modern, okay. I would like to note here that I have a little comment on the wonderful design. The extractor hood should also be kept as clean as the whole room. The room had a double bed (could not be pushed apart, it was a bit confusing), it was very comfortable. Electric shutters on large windows. The view from our room was street, but there are a few that face the inner courtyard. New modern tv on the wall or air conditioned in the room. There is also plenty of space for clothes, there are two large wardrobes built in for this purpose. There is also a large closet in the hall. The room door and the front door can be opened with a magnetic card. There is no permanent or night receptionist, but there is someone to reach by phone. Breakfast: It was not the usual buffet, a selection of everything, but a menu-based option. There were 4 different menus to choose from, as well as a cold pack to take away. There was a selection of soft drinks, lemonade and kv for breakfast. It was a pity that the ham was burned during the ham & egs, the eggs were a little overcooked. A delicious baguette was added. Parking only on the street for a fee. The side street is free. Despite the minor negatives, it made a very pleasant impression on me. The university is next door, so there is a bar and pub with a garden, visited by young people and students, which is also worth a visit. The city center can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. In a word, I liked it, I recommend it. The room is 5 ☆, the breakfast is 3.5 ☆. Something can and must be improved on this. Thank you for your hospitality!
