★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többször is jártunk ebben az étteremben és az ételekben soha nem kellett csalódni. Abban most sem. De a vendéglátásnak vannak alapvető szabályai amelyeket illene betartani. Csoporttal voltunk, előre rendeltünk ételt.
- az asztalon nem volt terítő
- nem hoztak ki só, bors szórót
- az tálakhoz csak külön kérésre kaptunk egy szedő kanalat
- a tartárért szólni kellett mert azt elfelejtették
- ahogy a hozzá való kanalat is
- a felszolgáló a kávéscsészébe a cukros dobozból kézzel kivett kockacukrot beledobta, ráengedte a kávét. A csészéhez aljat és kiskanalat nem tudott adni.
Ilyen amatőr hibákat nem szabad elkövetni.
Fel kellene nőni az az ételek színvonalához, melyek hibátlanok voltak.
We visited this restaurant several times and we were never disappointed with the food. Not in it now. But there are basic rules of hospitality that should be followed. We were with a group, we pre-ordered food.
- There was no tablecloth on the table
- no salt or pepper spray was brought out
- we only got a spoon for the bowls on special request
- I had to talk about the tartar because it was forgotten
- as well as the spoon attached to it
the waitress tossed the sugar cubes taken out of the sugar box by hand into the coffee cup and released the coffee. He could not add a bottom and a small spoon to the cup.
Such amateur mistakes should not be made.
It should rise to the standard of food that was flawless.
