Már a beüzemelésnél is volt vele probléma, nem működött, így háztartási melegvíz és fűtés hiányában lakhatatlanná vált a házam majdnem 3 hétre. Ötödik nekifutásra sikerült működésre bírni. Még egy éves kora előtt meghibásodott, váltószelepet kellett benne cserélni. 15 hónapos korában a készülék hibakódokat írt ki, ismét nem volt fűtés és HMV, jeleztem az Ariston Hungáriának. Online megvizsgálták, majd újra kellett indítani, majd egy másik hibakódot írt ki, ekkor közölték velem, hogy kivizsgálják és visszahívnak, eltelt 18 nap és még nem hívtak. Ma újra hibát írt ki, ismét jeleztem a hibát e-mailben, hogy nyoma maradjon, esetleges későbbi jogi vita miatt. A készülék menüje magyar és román nyelv keveréke. Panaszoltam, erre azt mondták, hogy ilyen. Nem tudom ajánlani a márkát a megbízhatatlan minősége és a rendkívül gyenge szervíz ügyintézés miatt. I have an Ariston heat pump, warranty. Then it broke down and we are nearing winter temperatures with a new born baby on the way and a 3 year old. Their rooms get ice cold at night, our energy bill will be super high because we need to use external appliances and Ariston can't fix the problem. Absolutely ridiculous, why no one from Ariston has come is beyond me. The company that installed the system it is trying to fix it almost every day, but I feel Ariston should send out a professional finally since we have a baby on the way and a young toddler. This is inhumane. For more then two weeks our heat pump system is out of order - Ariston, do something about this! Come and fix the problem! Will we ever hear from you or will you let us freeze at night?
