Gyanítom Dr. Végzettségű volt a hölgy ... de azért az alap műveltséghiányzik... udvariasság, kedvesség, empátia, tisztelet tudat.... na mind1.. Boldog Karácsonyt neki! Biztos romlott szaloncukrot evett. ???
