I was here for Covid vaccination. The 3 stars refer to the environment. The waiting room is not the most modern. Has it been renovated? It didn't seem that way. The eu. workers are precise, kind, ready to serve, they get 5 stars.

So far, I have only had negative experiences. Some example: - I got an appointment for an ophthalmology. I was called in after nearly 3 hours of waiting, but even my investigation was interrupted due to an urgent case. - The GP sent an ultrasound with a thrombosis. He wrote on the paper that it was urgent, otherwise I would have had to wait months for the investigation. When I arrived no one was in front of me, my later doctor and his assistant were joking inside, sometimes coming out for coffee. After waiting 2 hours, at the end of the ordering time, they were gracious to call. Throughout it, I talk to me hostilely, condescendingly about what I’m looking for there. Luckily, I didn’t have a thrombosis, so they were happy to let me know this in an unbearable style while my GP was scolded. - Blood collection. Snaking lines that don’t know where they end. Ancient chaos, you can't sit down. Also, after waiting nearly 2 hours, when I got in, the lady taking the blood was so stabbed that after a few hours I couldn’t lift my hand. There was a handful of purple spots on my arm for 1.5 weeks. Whoever wants good for himself avoids this "eu institution" from afar.

There is basically no problem with the hospital, but patients would be expected to be properly informed about which orders are available due to the emergency. Every single clinic was returned to the hospital, and there is no news about dentistry, anywhere. All we managed to find out is that the dentist is still in Tatabánya, but it is impossible to reach the given phone number. In this case, what can the patient do? Thanks.

There is no acute care. A hospital with all the hustle and bustle of Hungarian healthcare.

You can get in line quickly, the people there are kind and helpful. The old wing would need renovation.
