★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is unacceptable! Slow despite it is not busy at all. We asek for lactose free hot choclate but they put normal whipped cream on top. I feel sorry for the adhoc customer as there are no regulars definitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are nice and their coffee is strong. When the weather is nice, the outdoor tables provide you with the chance to enjoy the views of the pedestrian precinct of one of the oldest cities of Hungary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big and spacious cafe dating back to the 1920's, so it's worth a visit for the architecture alone. One of the few places in town to offer non-dairy milk (or know the concept of it), although it's limited to coconut and almond. Coffee itself is of the Austrian-ish variety, and does not stand out but better than other offerings in town. The cakes and especially the strudel are made very well, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today twice. The first and the last time. Ordered a cup of coffee and a glass of TAP water. Later on I found out I was served and charged for something I've never asked for, some kind of special, purified water. Have to say, that was a real Hungarian hospitality scam. Guys, just go abroad or check out one of the speciality coffee shops in Budapest or your competitors in Szombathely. They do it way better.
