Először egy másik cégnél próbálkoztam, de mivel az a másik bolt inkább tönkremenni szeretne, mint vásárlókkal bajlódni, az Áruforgalmi Kft.-hez fordultam segítségért, ahol ennek az ellenkezőjét tapasztaltam. Segítőkészek és udvariasak voltak, segítettek a választásban is, nem akartak drágább dolgot rámerőltetni, mint amire szükségem volt. Hamar beszerezték a konvektort, ajánlottak szakembert, aki gyorsan beszerelte, és még a Thermoplushoz is odaszólt, hogy jöjjenek ki hamarabb és üzemeljék be. Teljesen elégedett vagyok, és a konvektor is jól működik.
We needed a gas convector, which only a few people deal with in Pécs. I tried at another company at first, but since that other store would rather ruin it than bother with customers, I turned to Áruforgalmi Kft. For help, where I found the opposite. They were helpful and polite, they also helped me with my choice, they didn’t want to force something more expensive on me than I needed to. The convector was purchased quickly, a specialist was recommended who installed it quickly, and even told Thermoplus to come out sooner and get it up and running. I am completely satisfied and the convector also works well.
