★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai napon 2020.02.08 szombaton próbáltunk pólóra nyomtatni önöknél de nem sikerült az eladó hozzá állása miatt. Röviden annyi hogy szerettünk volna egy mintát kettő pólóra de az eladó nem volt hajlandó segíteni csak annyiban hogy küldjük el e-mailban amit szeretnénk. Máshol csináltatuk meg ahol segítettek a méret illetve a minöség kiválasztásában is. Tavaly februárban voltunk önöknél és akkor segítökész volt mindenki, egy másik fiatal ember és egy hölgy.
UPDATE 2020.02.10 :
Nem voltunk megsértödve, ha a fiatalember mindenkit így fog kiszolgálni lesznek gondok. Nem kell elfogadni csak annyit hogy lehet nem voltunk szimpatikusak a kollégának, remélem másnak szerencséje lesz.
Nem volt hajlandó segíteni csak annyiban hogy küldjem el e-mailben. Azt se mondta hogy milyen felbontásban csak küldjem el. Tavaly aki volt az segített a Neten nézni mintát illetve hogy milyen felbontásban nézzük mert más lesz A3 és A4-es méretben is. Érdekes módon tavaly volt egy segítőkész kolléga egy hölgy kíséretében, ő miért nem ajánlotta fel hogy segít szívesen és nem emailt küldjek? Hozzá tenném hogy a boltban csak mi voltunk, tavaly többen is voltak mégis volt ránk ideje
Today we tried to print a T-shirt for you on Saturday, February 08, 2020, but it failed because of the seller's attitude. In short, we wanted a sample of two T-shirts, but the seller refused to help just send it by email as we wanted. We did it elsewhere where they helped us to choose the size and the quality. Last February we were with you, and then everyone, another young man and a lady were helpful.
UPDATE 02.02.2018:
We weren't offended if the young man was going to serve everyone that way. You don't have to accept just that we may not have been sympathetic to the colleague, I hope someone else is lucky.
He refused to help just send me an email. He didn't even say what resolution I would just send it to. Last year the one who helped me look at the pattern on the Net and what resolution we look at will be different in A3 and A4. Interestingly, last year there was a helpful colleague accompanied by a lady, why didn't she offer me help and not email me? I would add that only we were in the store, but last year there were more of us
