Telefonos érdeklődésemre elmondták, hogy nem is hallottak a termékről, adjam meg a cikkszámot, amint tudnak valamit jelentkeznek. Egy hónap elteltével újra hívtam őket, sajnálták, de az óra már nem kapható, zavaros magyarázattal próbáltak szolgálni a miértet illetően. Természetesen értem én a hozzáállásukat, de svájci órákat forgalmazó cégként nem engedhetnének meg maguknak ilyen méltatlan bánásmódot egyetlen lehetséges ügyféllel szemben sem. Hitvány kereskedői magatartás, messzire kerülöm őket.
 In early December 2021, I wanted to order and buy a limited edition watch. To my telephone inquiry, they said they hadn’t even heard of the product, let me know the article number as soon as they know something is up. I called them again a month later, they were sorry, but the watch was no longer available, they tried to provide a confused explanation as to why. Of course, I understand their attitude, but as a company selling Swiss watches, they would not be able to afford such unworthy treatment to any potential customer. Stupid trader behavior, I avoid them far.

Ungaro Swiss Ltd. is a market leader in the field of Swiss watches. The best chinaware (dinner services, vases etc.) made in Hungary is also on display here like the world famous Zsolnai products. The prices are very expensive. The staff of the showroom are professional and attentive.
