Z	Zsolt Filep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elromlott a céges számítógépünk. Nem lehetett bekapcsolni. Idővel sikerült és sajnos merevlemez hibát jelzett. Elvittem hozzájuk a gépet, ahol megnézték és megkértek, hogy egy pár napra maradjon náluk a gép. Megnézik, hogy sikerül-e az adatmentés. Fizetni csak akkor kell, ha sikeres a mentés. Sikerült nekik, nem veszett el semmi. A piaci ár töredékéért elvégezték a munkát és még a számítógépet is megjavították (kicserélték a merevlemezt + visszaállították a programokat). Kevés céget szoktam ajánlani ismerőseimnek, ők kivételek. Our corporate computer is broken. Couldn't turn on. It succeeded over time and unfortunately signaled a hard disk error. Az egyik ott dolgozó megvizsgálta a notebookot, ami úgy történt, hogy a képernyőn lévő tűhegynyi fekete pöttyöt és annak környékét jó erősen mutató, majd hüvelyk ujjal nyomogatta, körmével kapargatta, aminek következtében a tűhegynyi fekete pötty átváltozott egy kb 5 cm átmérőjű fekete folttá. A merevlemez kicserélésének költségét garanciálisan a Toshiba állta, azonban a képponthibát ami nagy fekete folttá alakult már természetesen nem. Az Atlantis Kft 40.000 forint költségen vállalta, hogy megjavítják az általuk tönkre vágott kijelzőt, amit nem kértem. Sok dolgom volt, tájékozatlan is voltam a fogyasztóvédelmi ügyek terén, ezért vitatkozni sem álltam le, de most már van időm. Igazi ócska társaság ez. Senkinek sem ajánlom. Arra persze volt esze a kedves szakszervíznek, hogy a kis matricájukat a notebookomra ráragasszák. A rendkívül visszafogottan megfogalmazott vélemény minősíti a vállalkozást. Már többször is javítottak nekem laptopot, minden alkalommal első osztályú, kiemelkedő minőségű munkát kaptam garanciával. Volt, hogy garancia időn belül vissza kellett vinni a gépet. Sosem vitatkoztak, segítőkészen hamar megoldották a problémát. Excellent company! I can only recommend it to everyone! They procure parts and accessories quickly and accurately. Ü	Ügyfélszolgálat IZYS Pénztár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péntek reggel nyitásra vittünk oda egy laptopot javításra. Azt mondták, hogy annyit tudnak vállalni az adott napon, hogy megnézik hogyan javítható a zsanér, adnak rá egy ajánlatot és kb két hét múlva rá lesz kész. Este háromnegyed hatkor rájuk telefonáltam, hogy nem fogok oda érni zárásra, esetleg hétvégén nyitva vannak-e. Az úr mondta, hogy menjek nyugodtan megvár és örömmel közölte azt is, hogy megjavították a laptopot. :) Háromnegyed órával zárás után értem oda és megvárták! Bár minden szerviz ilyen jól és ügyfélbarátan dolgozna! Ha problémánk lesz a jövőben biztosan elsők között fogunk gondolni rájuk. On Friday morning there was applied for opening a laptop repair. I called them at three-four-thirty in the evening saying that I would not be able to get there for closing, or if they were open on weekends. The gentleman told me to wait calmly and also said he was happy to have the laptop repaired. :) Three-quarters of an hour I got there after hours and waited! While each service would work so well and ügyfélbarátan! If you have problems in the future will surely be among the first we think of them.
