Nálam kétszer jött ki ugyan az a személy és ki jelentette,hogy már pedig ő nem fog fizetni.. Kérdem én akkor miért is fizetem a biztosítást!? A pénzt fizetem,de ha nekik kellene fizetni akkor nem is fizetnek,de még csak a telefont se veszik fel.. Írtam emailt,de azóta sincs válasz.. Kértem egy másik kárszakértőt,de egy hónap mire le zárul az ügy.. És akkor talán fizetnek és kapok egy másik szakértőt is..?? They just got a star because I can write a comment .. Bármit ígértnem úgy volt, mindig nekem kellett mindenért kétszer, háromszor rátelefonálni. Elfogadtam az egyezségi összeget 2020.01.06-án,a pénz utalását ígérte 2 nap alatt, aztán 1 hetet mondott, most 3 hete sincs pénzem, de a kár óta 1,5 hónap eltelt, azóta nincs autóm. 04/12/2019. Damage incident, the claimant came out repeatedly on 12.16. Whatever I promised was I always had to call me twice, three times for everything. I accepted the deal on 06/01/2020, promised to transfer the money in 2 days, then said 1 week, now I have no money for 3 weeks, but 1.5 months have passed since the damage, I have no car since.

A cég levelező szervere fekete listán van, így nem jönnek meg tőlük az e-mailek céges mail címre. A Generali/Generteltől erősen függenek, gyakorlatilag a saját kárfelvételi cégük, szó sincsen független kárfelmérésről! Hála Istennek nincs sok tapasztalatom kárbejelntéssel kapcsolatban, de álmomban sem gondoltam volna, hogy ílyen flottul működik!!! 5* és köszönet!! Miután felbecsülték az autóm értékét feltűnően alacsony összeget kalkuláltak, melyet utána szóvá tettem a biztosítónál és kértem a részletes leírást, hogy mi alapján számolták ki. A biztosító ezután küldött egy javított összeget, majd 250 ezer forinttal nagyobb összegről. Ha nem kérem el a részletes anyagot az autóról, akkor simán eltitkolják ezt. Figyeljen oda mindenki rájuk! A vízműtől kapott a vízveszteségre vonatkozó fényképekkel alátámasztott szakvélemény, a kárelhárításban segítő szomszédok nyilatkozata ellenére elutasították a kár kifizetését. 12 éve vagyok ügyfele a Genertelnek és soha semmilyen károm sem volt, most meg gyakorlatilag biztosítási csalónak állítottak be. A piaci árnál magasabb díjat fizettem, ami csak most az összehasonlítások során derült ki. A kárszakértő nemes egyszerűséggel lecigányozott, mert két hetet vártunk rá, és ezalatt nem pakoltuk el az átázott bútorokat, szőnyegeket. Ezt egyébként a Genertel tanácsolat, mi meg a gyerekeknél laktunk. A végén elkérte a számlaszámom, és megígérte a kár kifizetését. Természetesen a kárszakértő és a biztosító is becsapott. A telefont nem veszik fel. Hozzá nem értő, nagyképű, felkészületlen banda. Pipe fracture. Ez meglátszott az ajánlaton is persze. Az ajánlott összeg nem fedezi talán a felét sem a kárnak, pedig nem én voltam vétkes, hanem a másik fél.
