A telefont órák után képesek csak felvenni, nehogy esetleg még munkaidejük előtt tudjak intézkedni, és ha arról van szó másodjára is elérni őket... a csomagom még most sem tudom merre van, de köszönöm, igazán hálás vagyok, hogy a szüleim megkapják a naptárt karácsonyra ;) talán a tacsis naptárral jobban jártak volna!m..!.. Nyilván a csomaggal való kavarodás nem az ő hibájuk, de az, hogy nem voltak képesek feltüntetni, hogy sürgős, miközben én ezt kibangsúlyoztam... emberségből csillagos ötös.. azt ki ne hagyjam, hogyha én nem keresem őket, ők nem jelentik, hogy probléma merült fel :) Az oldal zavaros, és az emailek is összeszedetlenek... Köszi, ez volt az első és utolsó, hogy "együtt" dolgoztunk ;) Neked kellemesebb ünnepeket! Incredible confusion! Megrendeltem a terméket jóval (!!!!!) a határidő előtt, mivel mindent időben akartam elintézni a Karácsonyi időszakban,hiszen én is dolgozó ember vagyok, tudom mekkora hajtás ez mindkét félnek. A telefont nem tudják felvenni, az e-mailekre nem válaszolnak, a bónusz brigádtól csak azt hallgatom hogy elvileg este megjön,elvileg reggel hozzák,elvileg holnap itt lesz és a többi... Kérdem én, ha nem működik a dolog, ha nem tudják teljesíteni még az idő előtt leadott rendeléseket sem,(amely mind az itteni mint a Google értékeléseken is látszik, de én barom nem néztem utána a cégnek mikor a bónusz brigádon megrendeltem a terméket) mi a francnak kell bele vágni? Szórakozni más türelmével,idegeivel, pénzével? Én sem kezdenék olyan vállalkozásba ami láthatóan nem tud működni, az emberekkel meg még inkább nem lenne szándékom kib*szni. Önöknek sikerült! A fotókat hol feltölti, hol nem. Ez azt jelenti, hogy a megfelelő paraméterekkel rendelkező képet kb. 8-9. próbálkozás után töltötte fel, ha egyáltalán sikerült. Több órás próbálkozás után feladtam. Senkinek nem ajánlom. I wanted to make and order a photo book. The editing program is awful. It does not start at all in the browsers recommended by the site. Upload photos where you don't. This means that the image with the appropriate parameters is approx. 8-9. charged after trying, if at all. I gave up after several hours of trying. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Felhívtam őket dec.6.-án, mert az volt a kérdésem,dec.14.-ig megérkezik e a termék ha megrendelem, hiszen nekem aznapra kellett volna ajándékba adnom. Ha azt mondták volna nem,akkor nem rendelem meg. Azt mondták,persze megoldható de írjam bele a megjegyzés rovatba is és akkor biztosan meglesz. Így tettem...vártam...dec.12.-én felhívtam őket,hiszen még semmi emailt nem kaptam,hogy átadták volna a futárnak. Nem vették fel sokadik hívasra sem. Dec.13.-án azt a választ kaptam,sajnos mégsincs kész ,de a héten feladják,jövő héten megkapom.Modtam,hogy nem segítenek ki,hiszen en 14.én adnám AJÁNDÉKBA!! sajnaljak...oke.Vártam az emailt a héten hogy feladták ,ahogy ígerték...semmi. 18.-án,19.-én,20.-án és 21.-én is egész nap hívogattam őket, de nem vették fel a telefont!! Majd 21.-e este fél9-kor jön a telefon, hogy NEM TUDTÁK SAJNOS ODAADNI A FUTÁRNAK ÉS MÁR CSAK 2 ÜNNEP KÖZÖTT KAPOM MEG LEGKORÁBBAN. és ne haragudjak. Ne haragudjak???? Undorito es gusztustalan hogy mas emberek karacsonyaval szorakoznak!!! The attitude of this company towards the customers is TASTLESS !! I called them on Dec. 6 because I had a question, will this product arrive by Dec. 14 if I order it, as I should have given it as a gift that day. If they said no, I wouldn't order. They said it could be solved of course but let me write it in the comment box too and then it will definitely be there. That's what I did ... I waited ... I called them on December 12th, as I haven't received any emails yet to have been handed over to the courier. They were not picked up for many calls either. On the 13th of December I received the answer, unfortunately it is not ready, but it will be given up this week, I will receive it next week. I turned up not to help out, because I would give it as a GIFT on the 14th !! sorry ... okay.I waited for the email this week to give up as promised ... nothing. I also called them all day on the 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st but they didn’t pick up the phone !! Then on the evening of the 21st at 9pm the phone will come that I DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE IT TO THE COURIER AND I'M GETING IT ONLY BETWEEN 2 HOLIDAYS. and don't be angry. Don't be angry ???? It is disgusting and distasteful that other people have fun at Christmas !!!

Ígértek, hogy legkésőbb a mai napon a kezemben lesz. Ma szembesültem vele, hogy még fel sem adták a csomagot. Elég kellemetlen Karácsonyunk lesz :(. Nagyon nem ajánlom őket, az “ügyfélszolgálat” 2 napja elérhetetlen (talán nem véletlen), vissza sem hívnak, e-mailben megtévesztő információt küldenek.
