★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyalázatos munkát végeztek az autómon. Lakatos munka során a csomagtér kárpitot elszakították, kiégették. A hátfal burkolatot eltörték. Egyéb műanyag alkatrészeket kihagytak. A vonóhorog szerelésekor a bal oldali két csavarból csak egyet tettek bele. A csomagtér beázása már csak kedves ráadás. A 812ezer forintos munkát segítségnek és szívességnek titulálják.
They did a disgraceful job on my car. During locksmith work, the trunk upholstery was torn off and burned out. The back wall covering was broken. Other plastic parts were omitted. When mounting the towbar, only one of the two screws on the left was inserted. Soaking the trunk is a nice addition. The work of 812 thousand forints is called help and favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 órára volt szervíz időpontom. Pontban ott voltam. Másfél órát mondtak, sima átnézés, olajcsere, szűrők. 2.5 óra lett, senki addig meg nem kérdezett, hogy kérek-e vmit, nézegettem az autókat, senki nem akart eladni autót. Majd a végén szerencsétlen srác a diagnosztikára fogta a csúszást. Ezzel az a baj, hogy pont láttam amikor elkezdte a szerelő, 10 perc volt. Azt is a legvégén csinálta. Ez így nagyon nem korrekt.
I had a service appointment at 7 p.m. I was right there. They said an hour and a half, smooth review, oil change, filters. It was 2.5 o'clock, no one had asked me if I wanted something, I looked at the cars, no one wanted to sell a car. Then, in the end, the unfortunate guy caught the slip for diagnosis. The trouble with that was the point I saw when the mechanic started, it was 10 minutes. He also did it at the very end. This is very incorrect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teljesen meg vagyok elégedve a szervizzel. Casco-s javításra hagytam ott az autómat. Az előre megbeszélt időpontra kész is lett, lemosva, tökéletesen kijavítva kaptam vissza. A javítás állapotáról folyamatosan tájékoztattak és csereautót is biztosítottak számomra. A karosszériás kolléga kedves volt, kommunikatív, minden felmerülő kérdésre azonnal tudta a választ. Ritka manapság az ilyen, meg kell őket becsülni.

I am completely satisfied with the service. I left my car there for a Casco repair. It was also ready by the pre-arranged date, washed back, I got it repaired perfectly. I was kept informed of the status of the repair and a replacement car was also provided for me. The body colleague was kind, communicative, he knew the answers to any questions that arose immediately. These are rare these days, they need to be appreciated.
