Semmilyen körülmények között nem ajánlom, de itt a történet: Autóm, amely nem egy luxus autó, illetve faék egyszerűségű VW Golf Mk3, féktárcsa, fékbetét, valamint a hengerfejnél lévő csonk cseréjére szorult repedés miatt. Azon túl, hogy ezen dolgok cseréjért alkatrész nélkül több mint 60 ezret kért az egy dolog. Az igazán nagy meglepetés akkor érkezett, amikor megnéztem az autót a "szerelés" után. Első dolog, hogy a földön a lábtérben egy kiesett biztosítékot találtam. Kérdésemre először az volt a válasz, hogy biztosan kiégett és kicserélték. Miután megnéztem és megmutattam, hogy ez nincs kiégve a szerelő csak annyit mondott "ő nem is járt a biztosítékok körül". Mondanom sem kell, jól kezdődött. A második, hogy beindításkor a vízhőfok jelző villogott, ezt jelezvén gyorsan kiröhögtek, "most indítottad be, mitől forrna a víz", majd mikor közöltem, hogy ez azt is jelzi, ha kevés a víz, lefehéredve a motorháztetőt kinyitva rájöttek, hogy nincs víz benne. Autómat az eredetileg megjelölt alkatrész ár 2,5 szereséért 'javították' meg, számla nélkül. Az elmondás szerint drágább alkatrész megvételéről nem kérdeztek meg. A 'javítás' után kiderült, hogy ömlik a benzin a kocsiból- mely meglepő módon a szerelési területről származott. Jelzést követően (az egyetlen pozitívum) kiszálltak megnézni a hibát, azonban 2 nap múlva elálltak a probléma megoldásától, járásképtelen állapotban hagyva az autót. A tulajdonos megfenyegetett, hogy feljelent a NAV-nál, mert én számla nélkül fizettem. Emellett elmondása szerint telefonbeszélgetésünkról diktafon-felvételt készített, mely ha valóban így történt, személyi jogsértés. Ilyen negatív tapasztalatom szolgáltatással kapcsolatban még sosem volt. If I could give a negative assessment, I would certainly do it. I do not accidentally recommend using the "service".
