Először telefonban több közt azért lettem számonkérve, hogy "miért kell így beszélni" és "mit gondol milyen szakemberekkel dolgozunk" amikor próbáltam udvariasan kideríteni, vajon egy garanciális javítás nagyságrendileg mennyi ideig tart náluk (stb). Majd személyesen az általam bevitt készülékre rá sem nézve, annyi segítőkészséget tapasztaltam, hogy egy rendkívül kellemetlen szóváltás után a soha nem viszontlátásra elköszönéssel el kellett jönnöm a problémám bárminemű orvoslása nélkül. Ezek alapján elég komoly bevételektől eshet el az anyacég, a presztizsveszteséget még nem is számszerűsítve. I don’t remember anyone ever having a bigger peasant with me on any customer problem.
